Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to join our store team in San Juan, TX. You will welcome clients, assist with purchases, operate POS, handle cash and shipments, and maintain a tidy, secure sales floor to uphold the brand experience.

Requirements include 1+ year in retail, preferably luxury, knowledge of fashion trends, familiarity with cash registers and Mobile POS, strong customer service, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail experience, preferably in luxury environment.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and the luxury market.
• Ability to use iPad/laptop and Mobile POS systems.
• Read and understand price and product release sheets.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies.
• Maintain stockroom cleanliness and assist with merchandising.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
