Qualifications

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap and office; work around/with chemicals.
• Ability to lift / climb up to 30 lbs. and climb moderately.
• Ability to operate the register, stand, move and walk for multiple hours.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, and weekends.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
• Experience selling to customers using digital tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering personalized styling recommendations.
• Strategize personal business growth to boost productivity through wardrobe planning and clienteling.
• Support team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and uphold brand standards.
• Provide guidance and coach Brand Ambassadors on customer-centric behaviors and relationships.
• Develop genuine connections with customers and recommend products matching preferences.
• Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators and use CRM tools to drive performance.
• Adapt product presentation for remote or in-person customers and balance RL experience.
• Participate in store initiatives and community outreach.
