Qualifications

• Strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.
• Ability to meet sales goals and KPI targets.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, mornings and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPI metrics.
• Demonstrate initiative, planning, prioritization and change leadership.
• Train and coach store associates through roleplay and development.
• Handle client relationships with strong written and verbal skills.
• Maintain payroll accuracy and training records while following store policies.
