Ideal candidates bring 1+ year luxury retail experience, strong English, familiarity with POS systems, and a passion for fashion. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to develop client relationships and brand knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop).
• Strong English proficiency; ability to read price sheets.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform store tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and provide personalized styling.
• Build client relationships and drive sales through cross-selling.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Assist with daily operations, inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
