Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Seattle to be the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience while helping meet store sales goals and supporting daily operations.

You will build lasting client relationships through fashion advice, cross-selling, and data capture using clienteling tools, mobile POS, and social selling, while maintaining a high-energy, collaborative environment on the floor.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in luxury retail sales; knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile devices.
• Strong English proficiency; read price sheets.
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy.
• Live-stream shopping or video demos experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and drive repeat business.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising) while maintaining standards.
• Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked; follow policies.
• Process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles and product movement; assist teammates as needed.
