Kith Soho is seeking a part-time Client Advisor to deliver best-in-class service and support store operations. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring customers have a genuine, high-quality experience while in our store(s).

As a key member of the team, you will build relationships, maintain product knowledge, and collaborate with management to execute brand initiatives. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ year(s) in a retail sales position.
• 3+ year(s) in customer service roles (preferred).
• 1+ year(s) in apparel, footwear, or luxury goods (preferred).
• Open & flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and provide best-in-class service to all Kith clients.
• Foster and maintain relationships with clients through professional after-sale communication.
• Display product knowledge, brand history, policies, and store strategies.
• Partner with Management to execute brand initiatives and action plans.
• Assist with housekeeping and operational tasks to keep the store presentable.
