Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking Brand Ambassadors to deliver a personalized shopping experience in a high-volume retail setting. You will emphasize customer-first service, meet KPI targets, and demonstrate knowledge of fashion across the Polo Ralph Lauren brands.

Responsibilities include excellent customer service, assisting with sizing in fitting rooms, maintaining store standards, and supporting floor sets and replenishment. A flexible schedule including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or similar industry experience preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash wrap and office; lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including day, evenings, weekends, and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Understands sales objectives and strives to meet or exceed individual KPI targets.
• Contributes to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans with team collaboration.
