Qualifications

• Retail experience in high-volume or high-profile settings.
• Strong customer communication abilities.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 30 lbs and operate a register.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.
• Meet or exceed sales KPIs and participate in team sales plans.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards.
• Support floor sets, replenishment, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain store visuals and contribute to an inclusive team environment.
