Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking a Part-Time Brand Ambassador who puts the customer first and delivers a personalized, inspiring shopping experience that exceeds expectations. You will work with a team to meet daily sales goals, support store initiatives, and deliver the RL brand experience across all touchpoints.

Retail experience is preferred; flexible schedule including weekends and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or similar industry in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, and lift up to 30 lbs; ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales day-to-day and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Proactively focuses on the customer at the core of all decisions.
• Supports company initiatives and participates in training to execute business results.
• Utilizes More Ways to Shop to drive business and supports use of new technology.
• Represents the customer experience expectations in store and delivers a consistent RL brand experience.
• Champions RL core values and supports a collaborative environment with the customer at its core.
• Engages in networking to build a clientele and provides ongoing feedback to Management on successes and opportunities.
• Strengthens customer connectivity with alternative purchasing paths - QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores.
• Broadens product discovery accessibility and communicates category opportunities to Management.
• Ensures store standards are met at all times.
