Qualifications

• Retail experience in high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to move around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, and operate the register.
• Willingness to work day/evening/weekends and travel as required.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.
• Understand sales objectives and strive to meet/exceed KPIs.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans with the team.
• Assist customers in the fitting rooms and maintain store standards.
• Support floor set replenishment and other store operations.
• Participate in company trainings and initiatives.
• Maintain visual standards and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive team environment.
