Qualifications

• Retail experience in a high-volume environment preferred.

• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales goals and contribute to monthly results.
• Provide personalized shopping experiences for customers.
• Participate in team training to improve store performance.
• Represent RL brand standards on the sales floor.
• Utilize new shopping tools and technology to assist customers.
• Build client relationships and networking for repeat business.
• Offer feedback to management on opportunities and wins.
• Maintain store standards and product presentation.
