Londonderry Village in Palmyra, PA is hiring a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our mission-driven care team. Part-time shifts from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 3 p.m.

to 11 p.m. offer meaningful work supporting elders with dignity, comfort, and joy. As an LPN, you will monitor residents, administer medications, develop care plans, and coordinate with physicians, families, and the nursing team. A PA LPN license, CPR, and infection control knowledge are required.

Qualifikationen

• Active Practical Nursing License in Pennsylvania (PA) in good standing.
• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program eligible for PA PA State Board licensing exam.
• Temporary Practice Permit (TPP) if you are a new graduate.
• CPR Certification required or obtainable.
• Strict infection control and PPE compliance.

• Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document outcomes.
• Develop and maintain individualized care plans with the team.
• Lead in emergency situations and coordinate care with families.
