Westminster Village North is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality resident care, accurate assessments, and timely communication with the nursing team.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, and support care plans in a compassionate, resident-centered environment on the evening shift (2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m.).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active LPN license in good standing with the state.
• Basic computer skills.
• Preferred: experience in senior living/long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain admission and assessment of new residents.
• Report residents' condition during shift changes and ensure continuity of care.
• Perform routine rounds and adjust care as needed.
• Administer medications within required time frames and document reactions.
• Inventory medications and coordinate with pharmacy.
• Assist physicians in rounds and contribute to care plans.
• Observe, report, and document residents' symptoms timely.
• Transcribe and execute physicians' orders accurately.
• Document medical records per policy and regulations.
• Monitor nurse call systems and ensure equipment cleanliness and safety.
• Utilize PPE and keep dispensing equipment clean and orderly.
