Job summary

Country Village Center is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our amazing team in a part-time and per diem capacity. Evening shift from 2:30pm to 11:00pm with differential pay is posted.

We provide a collaborative, supportive work environment and opportunities for growth within long-term care. Under the direction of an RN, you will deliver nursing care, administer medications, and participate in care planning, while supervising care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by state practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and performs treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
