Job summary

Discovery Village at Boynton Beach is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver compassionate nursing care in a senior living community. You will follow individualized care plans, monitor residents’ health, administer medications, and document accurately while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to promote safety and well-being.

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or RN license as per state regulations.
Minimum of two (2) years of licensed nurse experience.
Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and procedures.
Monitor residents’ physical and psychosocial status and changes in condition.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document appropriately.
Coordinate care with physicians, families, pharmacies, and other care providers.
Support health promotion, disease prevention, and wellness initiatives.
