Job summary

Country Village Center in Lancaster, NH is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for part-time and per diem positions. Evening shift 2:30pm–11:00pm with posted range including shift differential.

Responsibilities include nursing care under RN supervision, data collection and medication administration. Qualifications require graduation from an approved LPN program, state licensure (or pending) and current BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, deliver nursing care to achieve positive outcomes.
• Evaluate patients to collect data, observe changes, and report findings.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.
