Job summary

Discovery Management Group is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our team for a part-time night shift from 11pm to 7am at our Dover, DE community. As an LPN, you will provide nursing care per the plan of care, monitor residents, promote health, and coordinate services while ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Requirements include two years of LPN experience, two years in assisted living or a nursing home, and a license in good standing; strong organization and communication

Qualifications

• Two years LPN experience
• Two years experience in assisted living or in a nursing home
• Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing
• Ability to ensure community follows all federal, state and local laws and regulations as pertains to resident services and care
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
• Effective organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate assignments
• A dedication to seniors and their well-being is essential
• The ability to work nights and weekends
