Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service at the front desk.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and employees at a retail banking location.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify access, log visitors.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and report anomalies to management.
• Respond calmly to incidents and coordinate with onsite team and responders as needed.
• Document daily activities and incidents accurately to support security operations.
