• Maintain daily scanning of notes and credit life documents.
• Index and file scanned documents, including Exported Pro-sign documents.
• Maintain collateral files and ensure consistency across locations.
• Process work in a timely manner according to department goals.
• Assist management in interviews and employee reviews.
• Train new department staff and support workflow improvements.
