Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial real estate/documentation experience.
• Collateral lien perfection experience required.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Image, commit, and verify documents in a timely manner.
• Maintain compliance knowledge to review documents and exceptions.
• Maintain collateral file inventories and lien perfection processes.
• Process commercial denials and coordinate with agencies.
• Ensure lien perfection per state and federal requirements.
• Monitor filings and manage collateral tracking systems.
• Back up other Post-Closing roles; support special projects.
• Adhere to industry laws and company policies.
