Job summary

Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne is seeking part-time A/V Event Production staff to support arena events with cameras, audio, and scoreboard systems.

You will follow the director's cues, operate equipment, and assist with setup, maintenance, and on-site troubleshooting during nights and weekend events.

Ideal for students or retirees needing flexible schedules; prior camera or AV experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of relevant experience in operation of audio/video/studio equipment.
• Working knowledge of camera systems and control functions.
• Ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate shoulder or fixed cameras during events to maintain quality live/recorded video.
• Operate switchers and control surfaces for video playback and camera shots; direct camera operators.
• Run replay system for slow-motion clips; keep pace with action.
• Run scoreboard display software for graphics and crowd engagement.
• Set up and strike AV equipment and cabling; calibrate color/lighting as needed.
• Maintain and diagnose broadcast/production systems in live environments.
