Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in security or cashier roles preferred.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication abilities and customer service mindset.
• Basic computer skills and data entry proficiency.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and respond to direction.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities during events.
• Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet patrons and provide event information.
• Challenge unauthorized personnel in restricted areas.
• Complete incident reports during shift.
• Respond to emergencies and enforce safety procedures.
• Maintain orderly operations in parking areas.
• Provide courteous service to patrons and staff.
• File accurate reports and adjust conditions as needed.
• Collect parking fees using computerized systems.
