Responsibilities

• Arrives for scheduled shift on time, in uniform.
• Verifies credentials to control access to restricted areas.
• Answers guest questions in a knowledgeable and helpful manner.
• Responds promptly to guest disturbances and incidents.
• Secures ticketed and non-ticketed areas of the facility.
• Screens guests as they enter the facility.
• Completes all pertinent reports and documentation.
• Defuses potentially volatile situations.
• Works with staff and emergency professionals.
• Maintains professional demeanor with guests.
