Job summary

Armed Services YMCA El Paso is seeking an Operation Little Learner Facilitator/Substitute to offer quality customer service to participants by interacting with both adults and children. The role entails conducting scheduled programs in accordance with the ASYMCA Policies and Procedures.

Key responsibilities include assessing needs of military families, promoting ASYMCA programs, and maintaining safety during activities. Candidates must have a high school diploma and previous experience with children is preferred. The position is part-time, offering an hourly wage of $15.50-$16.50.

Qualifications

• Background, Drug & TB Check Required.
• Ongoing annual trainings.
• 2 years experience with children preferred.
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing the needs of military personnel and their families continuously.
• Provide enriching activities, facilitating new activities to engage learners.
• Ensure 100% safety in programming and supervise children.
• Adhere to ASYMCA rules and enforce participant regulations.

Basic Computer and Microsoft Office Knowledge

First Aid/CPR Certification
