Qualifications

• This position requires a Master's degree in education and/or a teaching endorsement in Elementary Education (K-6) or Middle Grades (5-9).
• Proven instructional coaching experience and ability to support classroom planning and instruction.
• Deep knowledge of MTSS and UDL in instructional planning.
• Experience using data to drive literacy instruction and program adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Work with teams and administrators across the K-8 system to promote literacy instruction.
• Lead data teams and analyze student performance data and work to track progress.
• Help teachers use data to drive instruction tailored to student needs.
• Evaluate curriculum and instructional practices for research-based alignment.
• Coordinate intervention efforts to align universal literacy with targeted supports.
• Oversee assessments, including benchmark, formative, and summative tools.
• Recommend instructional shifts based on data and observations.
