Qualifications

• 3+ years of instructional coaching or teacher leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct instructional coaching to teachers across cycles with goals and data review.
• Collaborate with school leaders to set instructional goals and strategies.
• Analyze school data to develop inclusive support plans.
• Train teachers on Wit and Wisdom and myPerspectives.
• Document coaching progress and deliverables per guidelines.
