Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education and/or a teaching endorsement in Elementary Education (K-6), or content-specific Middle Grades (5-9).
• Proven instructional coaching experience in classrooms—planning, implementing, and improving instruction for all students.
• Deep knowledge of MTSS and Proficiency-Based Learning with UDL planning.

Responsibilities

• Work with teaching teams and administrators across the K-8 system to engage educators in instructional practices.
• Facilitate data teams and analyze student performance data to track progress and identify action steps.
• Support teachers in data-driven instruction and tailoring strategies to meet individual needs.
• Evaluate curriculum and instructional practices to ensure alignment with district standards.
• Coordinate and support assessments including benchmark, formative, and summative tools.
• Provide recommendations for instructional shifts based on results and observations.
• Curate and manage resources and budgets for instructional materials and tech tools.
