ADP, Inc. is seeking a Line Cook in McKinney, Texas. This part-time role supports day-to-day kitchen operations, follows recipes, ensures quality, maintains sanitary conditions, and assists with inventory and prep tasks.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in a high-volume kitchen, strong teamwork, basic computer skills, and a high school diploma or GED. Availability to work in a fast-paced environment and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualificações

• Minimum two years’ experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Knowledge of ingredients and kitchen equipment.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must be comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and coordinate activities of food preparation and purchases.
• Follow recipes, controls, portions, and presentation standards.
• Manage portions to control costs and ensure sanitary, timely service.
• Oversee kitchen staff and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment.
• Monitor food quality and appearance to meet standards.
• Manage inventory, storage, and distribution of food and supplies.
• Assist with pricing, recipe changes, and portion control as needed.
• Track and report food waste and utilize surpluses and leftovers.
