Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate activities of food preparation and kitchen inventory.
• Follow recipes, controls, portions and presentation specs.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitary conditions of kitchen and equipment.
• Oversee line cooks and maintain quality of food appearance.
• Record food waste and manage storage and distribution of supplies.
