Job summary

Rock Manor Golf Course in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Part-Time Line Cook to join our fast-paced hospitality team within Troon’s global golf and community management platform.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of cooking experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a strong focus on safety, sanitation, and teamwork. Responsibilities include assisting with setup, following recipes, inventory, and ensuring quality across all food outlets on the property.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of cooking experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain safety, sanitation and food handling standards.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced team setting.
• Willingness to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of all prepared menu items.
• Assist with set-up and prep for all food outlets.
• Follow recipes accurately.
• Help conduct monthly inventory of food and supplies.
• Operate and maintain equipment properly.
• Sanitation and cleaning of food prep areas.
• Assist with receiving and storage of products.
• Comply with Health Department regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
