Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club, located in Ocean View, DE, is seeking a full-time Line Cook to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. You will be part of Troon, a global leader in golf and community management, and contribute to delivering high-quality dining experiences.

Qualifications include an Associates Culinary Degree and 2 years of culinary experience; Serv Safe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates Culinary Degree (required).
• Minimum 2 years of culinary experience and/or training.
• Serv Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learns and maintains standards in food production and quality.
• Expedites orders in a timely manner.
• Practices excellent operational sanitation.
• Executes scheduled banquet functions.
• Maintains a professional relationship with fellow associates to support service.
• Helps reduce loss/waste and communicates equipment repair needs to the chef.
