Ed Oliver Golf Club in Wilmington, DE is seeking a part-time Line Cook to join Troon Golf, LLC, a global leader in golf and hospitality management. The role supports the Chef and Kitchen Manager with food prep for all outlets and adheres to safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications include 1–2 years of cooking experience, safety knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Regular hours include weekends and holidays with 12–39 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• One to two years of cooking experience.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
• Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served.
• Assist the Chef or Kitchen Manager with setup and preparation of food items for all outlets.
• Follow standard recipes while preparing all assigned items.
• Conduct monthly food and supplies inventory.
• Use and maintain equipment properly.
• Perform cleanup and sanitation of facilities as directed.
• Distribute food and supplies throughout outlets.
• Clean production, holding, and serving equipment.
• Assist with product receiving and storage.
• Ensure compliance with Health Department regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
