Job summary

Magnolia Green Golf Club in Moseley, VA, part of Troon, is seeking a part-time Line Cook to support all culinary outlets on property. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of cooking experience, is dependable, and works well in a fast-paced team environment.

The Line Cook will assist the Chef and Kitchen Manager, follow recipes, and help maintain safety, sanitation, and timely food preparation. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of cooking experience.
• Must be dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work in a team environment and take direction.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Minimum education: High School (or equivalent) Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Assists Chef/Kitchen Manager with set-up and preparation of food items for all food outlets on the property.
• Maintains kitchen sanitation and follows standard recipes while preparing items.
• Performs monthly food/supplies inventory.
• Assists with product receiving and storage.
• Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Performs cleanup and sanitation maintenance as directed.
• Distributes food and supplies to outlets.
