Quechan Casino Resort in Winterhaven, CA is seeking reliable line cooks to join our culinary team in a fast-paced casino environment. This part-time role offers $19.00 per hour and requires a strong team player with a passion for quality.

Experience as a cook is preferred; you must be 18+ in AZ, pass a drug screen, and be eligible for gaming licenses. Native American preference applies for this position.

Formación

• Prepare and cook a wide variety of food including appetizers, entrees, sandwiches, sides, salads and desserts.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a cook in a restaurant environment.
• Must be 18 years of age in Arizona.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background check; gaming license may be required.

Level: Experienced, Job Location: Quechan Casino Resort - Winterhaven, CA 92283, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $19.00 Hourly, Quechan Casino Resort is seeking reliable and skilled Line Cooks to join our culinary team in a fast-paced casino environment. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, maintains high food quality standards, and works well as part of a team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Qualifications

• Under general supervision of the Sous Chef, prepares, and cooks a wide variety of food to include, appetizers, entrees, sandwiches, side orders, salads and desserts for a casual dining restaurant.
• A minimum of one year experience as a cook in a restaurant environment.
• Must be 18 years of age in Arizona.
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California.
• Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred.
