Job summary

Arizona Culinary at Casino Arizona/Talking Stick Resort is seeking a Line Cook I/II to support daily production and cooking across resort outlets. Ideal candidates have prior kitchen experience, basic knife skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers varied shifts with full-time and part-time availability, reporting to the Sous Chef. Safety-sensitive position with drug/alcohol testing.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience required; at least one year cooking in a medium to high volume restaurant preferred.
• Must possess basic knife skills and be able to operate basic kitchen equipment.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Follows safe food handling procedures at all times.
• Provides guests courteous, friendly and efficient service.
• Rotates foods for freshness and eye appeal.
• Retrieves food and supplies from kitchen or storage when necessary.
• Prepares and cooks foods for respective kitchen outlets according to proper procedures and recipes.
• Prepares hot and cold food on all stations.
• Cleans and organizes workstation and surrounding areas.
• Maintains cleanliness of designated areas in accordance with health and safety standards.
