Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a kitchen environment.
• Ability to work independently and with a kitchen team.
• Credentials in health and safety training.
• Certification meeting local requirements.
• Flexibility with hours.
• Lift up to 50 lbs during normal operations.
• Deliver high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Open/close kitchen when needed.
• Prepare appetizers/entrees and keep kitchen stocked.
• Wash and sanitize pans, utensils and dishes.
• Clean and maintain dish machine.
• Load/unload dishes in dish machine; organize properly.
• Empty trash and maintain clean work area.
• Perform additional cleaning duties and clean prep stations/equipment.
• Coordinate with front-of-house to ensure service quality.
• Provide a consistently high level of customer service to guests.
