Job summary

Five Iron Golf Cleveland LLC is seeking a Line Cook/Dishwasher to support the kitchen team and deliver flavorful dishes to guests. You will open/close, prepare appetizers and entrees, and ensure a clean, stocked line. This part-time role requires flexibility for nights and weekends, with pay between $18 and $20 per hour. Experience is preferred but not required, and health and safety credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of line cook or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Credentials in health and safety training.
• Certification that meets local requirements.
• Must be flexible with hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest.

Responsibilities

• Open/close kitchen when needed.
• Prepare appetizers and entrees and keep the line stocked.
• Wash, sanitize pans, utensils and dishes.
• Clean and maintain the dish machine.
• Load/unload dishes and organize them properly.
• Empty trash and keep work area clean.
• Perform additional cleaning duties at workstations.
• Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure service.
• Deliver high levels of customer service to guests.
