ACC Management Group is seeking a part-time Community Manager to oversee daily operations at two affordable housing communities. The role requires 24 hours per week and office presence at both locations.

The ideal candidate will have affordable housing management experience, with LIHTC knowledge and a focus on resident relations, leasing, rent collection, and compliance with program requirements. Strong organization and communication skills are essential to manage both properties effectively.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property management experience.
• Knowledge of LIHTC requirements preferred.
• Fair Housing knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of two affordable housing communities.
• Manage resident relations, leasing, rent collections, and income certifications.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and on-site staff.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing program rules.
