Job summary

About the Role

Provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to clients across the country. You may be a good fit if you:

• Are independently licensed and living in Tennessee (LPC‑MHSP, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD).
• Can consistently provide a minimum of 15 sessions and 20 hours of availability weekly.
• Are a behavioral‑health generalist open to treating couples and children.
• Are invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Work comfortably with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
• Work well with peers and contribute positively to the clinical community.

Compensation

Up to $54,100 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle administrative tasks—credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing—so you can focus on caring for clients. Paid orientation and training are provided. A full caseload is expected within 90 days of credentialing. Flexible scheduling is available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
