Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians in Johnson City, Tennessee to deliver a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. This clinician-owned practice promotes client accessibility and integrity, ensuring supportive environments for clinical excellence.

Qualifications

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Johnson City Tennessee.

Qualifications

• LPC‑MHSP, LMFT or LCSW

Compensation

Up to $105,400 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 25 sessions per week.
• Behavioral Health Generalist willing to see couples and/or children.
• Strong integrity, honesty, adaptability, and commitment to quality care.
• Self‑directed in completing notes within 24 hours.
• Interest in professional growth and leadership/supervisory roles.
