Licensed Clinician (Telehealth & Face‑to‑Face Sessions)

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Virginia to provide a blend of telehealth and in‑person sessions in Chesapeake, VA.

• Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children, with our support)
• Clinicians who value autonomy and also enjoy being part of a team
• Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles
• Strong character matters – we value integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist in Virginia
• MUST LIVE and be licensed in the state where services are provided

Compensation

Up to $55,700, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
