Thriveworks in Virginia Beach, VA is hiring licensed clinicians to deliver compassionate, evidence‑based care through a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions. The position offers a ramp stipend for clinicians with 30+ hours of weekly availability.

Independently licensed in VA (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD) with at least 25 sessions per week, you will join a supportive clinical community. Thriveworks provides benefits, credentialing support, and flexible scheduling from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

About the Job

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Virginia Beach, VA. The role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

Compensation

Up to $103,600 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Full‑time clinicians are eligible for health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and other employer‑sponsored benefits.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You’ll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
