Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Reston, VA.

What We’re Looking For

• Providers willing to see 15‑21 sessions per week
• Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children, with our support)
• Clinicians who value autonomy and also enjoy being part of a team

• Strong character matters — we value integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist in Virginia
• Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided

Compensation:

Up to $58,500, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
