Job Summary

Thriveworks is currently seeking licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Manassas, VA. Thriveworks is a clinician‑owned national private practice group with locations in 48 states. Qualifications

• LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
• Must hold a valid Virginia license and reside in the state

Compensation

Up to $60,000 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide a minimum of 15 sessions per week
• Work as a true partnership with the team
• Behavioral Health Generalist, open to seeing couples and/or children
• Opportunity to grow into leadership or supervisory roles
• Complete clinical notes within 24 hours
• Maintain high standards of integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care
• Collaborate with the team for professional development
