Visionworks is seeking a Licensed Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead to be the face of our store, guiding patients through eyewear selection and Visioncare services with a human and bold approach. Requirements include a current State Optician License and a HS diploma or equivalent; customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Current State Optician License.
Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary.
HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training.
Execute day-to-day operational activities to support store goals including restocking, merchandising and order fulfillment.
