Job summary

Visionworks seeks a part-time Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead to be the face of our store, guiding customers through the eyewear journey with a simple, human and bold approach.

The role requires 12 months of optical experience or ABO certification, HS diploma or equivalent, and maintaining state-licensed optics knowledge where required. It focuses on driving in-store sales and exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience required or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through training to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time.
