Warby Parker is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Optician at Butler Town Center (Finance). You will help customers with eyewear needs, take measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure all products meet our optical standards.

You’ll explain prescriptions, advise on frames and lenses, and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service. The role emphasizes brand representation, ongoing learning, and a positive, fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• A licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license (or an ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states).
• Passionate about eyewear and retail.
• Clear, effective communicator who can simplify technical terms for customers.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist customers to meet eyewear needs
• Take and record measurements, fit eyewear with accuracy
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements
• Explain prescription terminology and product options to customers
• Collaborate with team to provide exceptional service
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, style and lifestyle
• Contribute to best-practice sales and service methods across the organization
• Represent the Warby Parker brand and educate customers about values and mission
