Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Must maintain license in good standing and CPR certification as applicable.
• Computer skills include Net Health and Point Click Care data entry.

• Evaluate residents to determine OT needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise COTA and staff; provide in-services as needed.
• Communicate progress with physicians, nursing staff, residents, and families.
