Library Center of the Ozarks in Branson, MO is seeking a part-time staff member to assist patrons with locating items, checkout, returns and library services.

You will handle cash/credit payments, process holds, assist with computers and reference questions, and help keep the library neat. Prior customer service experience and a high school diploma are required; library experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Experience handling money preferred.
• Public library experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patrons with locating items and with checkout/return of materials.
• Process holds and register new borrowers using the library system.
• Collect fines/fees via POS and reconcile money.
• Assist patrons with reference questions and using library computers.
• Keep the library neat and orderly and assist with opening/closing procedures.
