Library-Center-of-the-Ozarks in Branson, MO is seeking a part-time Library Assistant to assist patrons, check materials in/out, and process holds. You will handle payments for damaged items and fines, guide guests with the catalog and public computers, and support programming and daily library operations.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and strong customer service skills. Experience with money handling and a public library environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Check materials in/out using the library automated system.
• Process holds and register new borrowers.
• Collect fines/fees via point-of-sale software.
• Assist patrons with reference and readers' advisory questions.
• Assist patrons with locating materials and using library equipment.
• Assist in preparation and presentation of programs.
• Open/close procedures and shift supervision when needed.
